    ご予約フォームよりお申し込みください。自動返信メールが届きます。

    仮予約　Tentative reservation

    その後、２営業日以内に茶聞堂より、仮予約確定メール（仮予約が取れたかどうかのお返事です）を送ります。※もしも連絡がない場合は、一度「迷惑メールフォルダ」内をご確認ください。そこにもメールが届いていない場合は、お手数をおかけしますが、お問合せフォームからお知らせください。

    After that, within two business days, Chamondo will send you a provisional reservation confirmation email (a reply to whether or not the provisional reservation was made). *If you do not hear from us, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive the email there, please let us know using the inquiry form.

    お支払い　Payment

    仮予約確定メールに合計金額などの詳細がございます。３日以内にクレジット決済にてお支払いをお願いします。決済が完了次第、ご予約確定となり、ご予約確定メールを送ります。※3日以内にご入金が確認できない場合、当方にてキャンセル処理をさせていただきます。ご了承ください。

    Details such as the total amount will be included in the provisional reservation confirmation email. Please pay by credit card within 3 days. As soon as the payment is completed, the reservation will be confirmed and a reservation confirmation email will be sent. *If payment cannot be confirmed within 3 days, we will cancel the order. Please note that.

    ご宿泊者情報の提示

    ご予約確定後、ご宿泊者様全員のお名前・住所・連絡先の情報を頂戴します。（旅館業法の規定により）
    According to hotel and ryokan management law, we ask you to submit passport information of all guests after the reservation is confirmed.

    STEP
    鍵の受け渡し　Key handover

    ご宿泊当日の15:00以降、お好きな時間にお越しください。事前連絡は不要です。鍵の受け渡し方法については「ご予約確定メール」に記載いたしますのでそちらをご確認ください。

    Please come at your favorite time after 15:00 on the day of your stay. Advance notice is not required. Please refer to the “reservation confirmation email” for details on how to receive the key.

    ご宿泊　Check-out

    チェックアウトは翌日10時ですので、ごゆっくりお過ごしください。
    Check-out is at 10:00 the next day, so please enjoy your stay.

    ●メールの受信拒否設定をされている場合は、以下のメールアドレスからのメールを受信できるようあらかじめ設定をお願いいたします。

    ● 人数・ご予約内容が変更になった場合は、必ず事前にお問合せフォームからお知らせください。差額の精算等については、メールでお知らせいたします。
    If there are any changes in the number of people or reservation details, please be sure to let us know in advance using the inquiry form. We will notify you by e-mail about the settlement of the difference.
    ● やむをえずキャンセルされる場合、ご宿泊日の21日前よりキャンセル料金が発生いたします。ご利用規約内の「キャンセル料」をご確認ください。
    If cancellation is unavoidable, a cancellation fee will be charged from 21 days before the date of stay. Please check the “cancellation fee” in the terms of use.

    ・旅行業法の規定により、ご予約確定後にご宿泊者様全員のお名前・ご住所・ご連絡先をご提出いただきます。

    ・Pets are strictly prohibited from staying in the facility and entering the garden.


    ・お茶を楽しんでいただくために「香水」や「においの残る柔軟剤」で洗濯した服、「香りのきつい化粧品類」の使用はご遠慮いただいております。
    ・Please refrain from using storongy scented fabric softener, perfume, or strongly scented cosmetics.
