In the case of cancellation, the balance after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded from the credit card usage amount. In the case of bank transfer, the transfer fee for the refund will be borne by the customer.
※台風・自然災害や橋の通行止めによるキャンセルの際は、全額返金させていただきます。
In the event of a cancellation due to a typhoon, natural disaster, or bridge closure, we will provide a full refund.

- 電子タバコもふくめて、施設内完全禁煙です。
- 香水、においの強い化粧品などのご利用はご遠慮ください。
- カプセルがはじけるような柔軟剤、においのきつい洗剤で洗濯した衣類の着用はご遠慮ください。
- 悪臭を発する物品のお持ち込みは禁止です。
施設や寝具などに強い臭いが残った場合、別途クリーニング代や清掃代と手数料を頂戴する場合もございます。
If strong odors remain in the facility or bedding, we may charge an additional cleaning fee and handling fee. Thank you for your understanding.
備品について
ご用意している茶葉とお茶請けは、お持ち帰りいただけます。
それ以外のすべての物品・備品のお持ち帰りはご遠慮くださいませ。
Regarding Supplies
We provide tea leaves and tea snacks, which you are welcome to take home. Please refrain from removing any items or amenities from the premises.
アメニティについて
お風呂場にシャンプー・リンス・ボディソープをご用意していますが、それ以外のボディケア製品は、ご自身でご持参ください。お寝間着のご用意もよろしくお願いします。
Amenities
Toothbrushes are available for purchase only. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathroom, but please bring your own body care products. Nightwear is also not provided.
安全対策について
防犯カメラは、お客様の安心のために、表と裏に設置してあります。夜でもはっきりと顔が確認できる性能です。昼夜を問わず、建物への接近、出入りが確実に確認できるようになっておりますので、女性のお客様のご宿泊時にもご安心ください。建物内や縁側は一切映りません。
Safety Measures*
Security cameras are installed at the front and back for your safety. They are capable of clearly capturing faces even at night. We can monitor any approach or entry to the building, so every guests can feel secure during their stay. Note that the cameras do not capture images inside the building or on the veranda.

Accidents and Theft in the Rooms
We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or thefts during your stay. Please take good care of your valuables and use the facilities responsibly.
宿泊者以外の施設への立ち入りについて
施設に入室できるのは、ご予約時に申込みいただいたご宿泊の方のみとなります。それ以外の方は、日帰りであっても入室できません。もし人数の変更がある場合は、チェックイン前にお知らせください。防犯カメラや近隣スタッフにより宿泊者以外の立ち入りを確認した場合、追加で宿泊代金と同額をお支払いいただきます。
Non-Guests Entering the Facility
Only guests who are registered at the time of booking are allowed to enter the facility. Non-guests, even for day visits, are not permitted. If there are changes in the number of guests, please inform us before check-in. If unauthorized persons are found on the premises, an additional fee equivalent to the room rate will be charged.
虫について
茶聞堂は、自然豊かな場所にあるため、虫等が多くいます。虫対策として、電気式の蚊取りをご用意しています。虫が遊びに来る可能性をご理解の上ご予約お願いいたします。なお、虫刺され等に関しては一切の責任を負いかねます。
Insects
Cha Monde is located in a nature-rich area, so there are many insects. We provide electric mosquito repellents. Please understand the possibility of insects visiting and book accordingly. We are not responsible for any insect bites.
風による建具の音について
木の建具の風情を大事にしているため、強い風の日にはカタカタと音がする場合がございます。できるだけの対策はしておりますが、近代的な建物のような静けさは望めませんこと、ご理解いただけたら幸いです。
Noise from Doors Due to Wind
Our wooden doors can make rattling noises on windy days due to their traditional design. We have taken measures to minimize this, but the tranquility of modern buildings cannot be expected. We appreciate your understanding.

自然の音や気配を楽しんでいただきたいため、どの時間帯も大音量で音楽をかけることはお控えください。
Noise
To enjoy the sounds and atmosphere of nature, please avoid playing loud music at any time.
火の使用について
建物内、庭、敷地外ともに花火やBBQなどご利用いただけません。アロマキャンドルやお香も厳禁とさせていただいております。茶聞堂は木でできた日本家屋のため、火の使用は本当に危険をともないます。お客様ご自身の安全のためにも、室内外を問わず絶対に火気の使用はおやめくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
Use of Fire
Fireworks and BBQs are not permitted on the premises, in the garden, or outside the building. Aromatherapy candles and incense are also prohibited. Cha Monde is a wooden Japanese house, so using fire is extremely dangerous. For your safety, please refrain from using fire indoors or outdoors.
お庭の使用について
庭石は和泉砂岩といってとても崩れやすい、もろい石となります。踏み石（縁側に出入りするところの大きな石）、庭の飛び石ともに、石の端のほうに立ったり乗ったりすると、崩れて転倒する恐れがありますのでご注意ください。
Using the Garden
The garden stones are made of Izumi sandstone, which is very fragile. Be careful not to stand or jump on the edges of the stepping stones, as they may crumble and cause falls. Please avoid standing on tilted stones, as they may topple over.
お庭にはきれいな花が咲く木もたくさんありますが、枝を切ったり、花を摘み取ることで枯れてしまうこともございます。庭木はそのままの姿で愛でていただけたら幸いです。
The garden has many beautiful flowering trees, but cutting branches or picking flowers may cause them to wither. Please enjoy the garden as it is.

２～3台ほどご用意がございます。

Parking
We have space for 2-3 cars. Please inform us of the number of cars when booking.
駐車場でのトラブルや車の破損に関しては、一切責任を負いません。
指定の駐車スペース以外には車を停めないようお願いします。
We are not responsible for any trouble or damage to cars in the parking lot. Please park only in designated spaces.
近隣住民とのトラブルについて
近隣の方はみなさん素敵な方ばかりですが、万が一お客様と近隣の住民の方にトラブルが発生した場合は、退室していただくこともございます。問題の解決は、当事者同士でお願いすることとなります。弊社で責任を負うことはできませんので、ご了承ください。
Issues with Neighbors
Our neighbors are wonderful people, but if any issues arise with them, you may be asked to leave. We request that you resolve any problems directly with the other party. We cannot be held responsible for any disputes.

お食事について
茶聞堂では、晩・朝ともに御食事のご用意はございません。
ぜひ近隣の素敵なお店にお出かけいただくか、協力店の美味しいケータリングで淡路島の旬の味をお楽しみください。（近隣に出前施設、コンビニはございません）
Meals
Cha Monde does not provide meals for dinner or breakfast. Please visit nearby restaurants or enjoy delicious catering from our partner stores. (There are no delivery services or convenience stores nearby.)
調理について
電子レンジ、コンロなどもふくめて調理設備のご用意はございません。
調理や加工の必要のないお弁当や、朝食のお持ち込みは自由です。
お飲み物用の冷蔵庫、電気ポット、お茶セット、お水用グラス、ワイングラス、木皿はご用意がございますのでご活用ください。
Cooking
There are no cooking facilities, including microwaves and stoves. You are welcome to bring your own ready-to-eat meals and breakfast. We provide a refrigerator for drinks, an electric kettle, a tea set, water glasses, wine glasses, and wooden plates for your convenience.

we only provide recommendations. The catering establishments we suggest are friendly and accommodating, so please communicate directly with them regarding payment methods or any special requests you may have. ペットの宿泊、立ち入りについて
ペット（犬・猫・小鳥・その他の人間以外の動物や生き物）の施設内（屋内・庭ともに）の立ち入り、宿泊ともに、ケージのあるなしにかかわらずお受けすることはできません。

Pets (dogs, cats, birds, or any other animals excluding humans) are not allowed to enter or stay within the premises, both indoors and outdoors, regardless of whether they are caged or not.
